    As is the case with the first two installments in the series, the anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD exhibits pleasing improvements

    Soundtrack:
    As would be expected, the remastered soundtracks on Rambo III are the best of the three in this series, in terms of fidelity and spatial engagement. While the original recording's dated character can be noticed, the sense of atmosphere and immersion are both rather compelling, with dimensionality effectively utilized throughout. The stereo separation from the surrounds comes from the music, with punctuated activity from poignant effects. Bass is abundantly deep and prodigious, with substantial .1 LFE activity. The DTS
