The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a stage performance with generally soft image quality in all but the close-up shots, which appear much sharper. The 5.1-channel audio presentations are both remarkable in terms of fidelity and dimensional scope. Diana Krall's voice spans the three front channels, with significant ambience directed to the stereo surrounds. The surrounds are prominent in activity throughout and also effectively render the ambient recordings of the instrumentation. Deep bass is certainly notable, especially from the articulate notes of the double bass, and .1 LFE activity is substantial with below-25 Hz activity noticed from the front channels.
