The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD offers a bright, colorful picture that nicely supports the lighthearted storytelling. Hues are rich and well balanced, with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks. Contrast and shadow delineation are also nicely balanced. Images are sharp and detailed, allowing viewers to fully appreciate that no expense was spared on the sets. Sometimes, the picture appears a bit smeared. Still, there is a bit of pixelization noticed and edge enhancement can be offensive at times. (Suzanne Hodges)
