    "Neil Young & Crazy Horse: Rust Never Sleeps" was recorded live at The Cow Palace in San Francisco, California, on October 22, 1978. Neil performs

    DVD Picture:
    The 1.66:1 DVD is not anamorphically enhanced and exhibits a generally unimpressive picture that does not hide its age well. Colors are weak in saturation, with grayish blacks. The picture is soft and wanting in detail and definition, appearing quite smeared at times. Contrast is quite low, and the darker images tend to drop off into the undefined blacks. The blurry images break up and shimmer on occasion. Still, for a picture that had been hailed by Rolling Stone magazine in 1987 as one of the
