Story Synopsis:
"Full Frontal" is director Steven Soderbergh
DVD Picture:
Always willing to be daring, Steven Soderbergh has once again made a highly stylized picture using an assortment of unorthodox techniques. The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits intentionally variable image quality, with much of the movie presented in DV, with poorly contrasted images, color corrected hues to bring down saturation, and plenty of noise. The movie within the film offers sharp and detailed images, excellent contrast, and fully saturated colors. Edge enhancement can, at times, be a distraction. (Suzanne Hodges)
