DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD picture is a slick production with sharp and detailed images that are nicely contrasted with pleasing shadow delineation. The color scheme is quite impressive with rich hues, accurate fleshtones, and deep blacks. Bold blues and reds pop from the screen. Unfortunately, edge enhancement can be quite offensive, especially in high contrast scenes like Chapter 20

DVD-ROM Review:
From the DVD-ROM main menu, you are given the option labeled Exclusive Features, which sends you online to view the features available with Die Another Day. Once navigating over to the Exclusive Features Web site, you can watch a demo of the new James Bond video game, 007: Everything or Nothing, view exclusive video and still images, and watch the original theatrical trailer. The video game demo is more of an interactive preview, where you can choose how Bond gets through the level. The video includes clips from the movie, voiced over by interviews from the cast and crew. Also, 16 viewable photos from the production of the film are available, and the trailer is available in three different bandwidths. It is safe to say not one enjoyable feature can be found in the DVD-ROM portion of this disc. Fans of James Bond video games might enjoy the game demonstration, but that is a huge might. The resolution is terrible, and the video is choppy at best. The exclusive video is a tiny bit interesting, but is still nothing too worthwhile. All in all, this is a truly disappointing release.
