DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a picture that nicely suits the stage performance with satisfying depth and definition. Depending on the camera source, images are generally sharp and detailed, though appearing slightly smeared under the colored stage lighting. Some shots can be downright blurry. Hues are well balanced, with accurate fleshtones, vibrant colors, and deep black backgrounds. There is occasional shimmering noticed, which can distract from shots of sheet music and instrument details. Otherwise the picture can be quite solid, with no distracting edge enhancement or bothersome pixelization. (Suzanne Hodges)

Soundtrack:
The 5.0 audio has been nicely recorded, with an energetic, engrossing presence throughout that should surely please fans of the music. Slight compression can be noticed in the mid- to upper frequencies. As usual, the surrounds aim to convey the ambience of the performance venue.
