    Story Synopsis:
    "More American Graffiti" takes up a few years after the original film but with no more sock hops and cruising down Main. Instead they're now in the radical 60's era, and Steve (Howard) and Laurie (Williams) are a married couple with a family of their own. As they deal with life's everyday problems, the war in Vietnam rages on but one thing from the first "American Graffiti" hasn't changed; the music is terrific and helps tell the story well! Watch for Harrison Ford to appear in a brief, unbilled cameo as Officer Falfa. "Star Wars" fans may feel a touch of nostalgia upon viewing the original, unaltered "A Lucasfilm Limited Production" credit at the beginning of the film. (Tricia Littrell)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced DVD picture, which is framed at 2.35:1 (and appearing that way for the first time on a home video format) and includes numerous stylish multiscreen sequences, is nicely rendered with sharp and nicely detailed images, though sometimes the picture can have a soft, hazy appearance. Colors are nicely balanced, with accurate fleshtones and deep blacks. Only occasionally does the picture have a dated quality, especially those sequences that are revealing of film grain and artifacts inherent in the source element. There are only a few distractions in the way of minor edge enhancement and pixelization, but overall the picture is quite pleasing. (Suzanne Hodges)
