DVD Picture:
Compared to the previously released DVD (Issue 84), this new two-disc special edition appears to be the same transfer. The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits a dark and moody style that is complementary to the suspenseful storytelling. The desaturated images and gritty appearance add additional visual intrigue to the story. Finicky viewers may notice occasional edge enhancement, but its presence is not severely distracting.
