    Story Synopsis:
    Believing his wife has been murdered by a gang known as The Bravados, a vengeful man (Peck) will stop at nothing to see them hanged. But after they escape from the hangman's noose, he goes after the criminals and hunts them down one by one, not stopping until he's killed every one of them. Based on the novel by Frank O'Roaurke.     DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture exhibits really pleasing image quality for a picture that has otherwise dated characteristics. Colors are nicely saturated, with pleasing fleshtones, rich colors, and deep blacks. Shadow delineation and contrast are satisfying, though some scenes are wanting in better delineation and balance. The picture can have a flat appearance. Edge enhancement and pixelization are evident, but not terribly obtrusive. (Suzanne Hodges)
