Story Synopsis:
In 1972, 10 years after a group of kids had to retrieve their baseball from the backyard of a vicious beast, another batch of boys head to The Sandlot 2 play some baseball. When a trio of girls prove that they can play the game, too, they convince the guys to let them join the team. Soon enough, there's a case of deja vu in the air when the kids find themselves facing a set of ferocious fangs. Based upon characters created by David Mickey Evans and Robert Gunter. (Tricia Spears)
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits nicely balanced colors, with accurate fleshtones, rich hues, and deep blacks. Images are generally sharp and detailed throughout, with nicely rendered textures, though sometimes the image appears slightly soft. Contrast and shadow delineation are excellent. Some minor pixelization is evident, but no bothersome edge halos. (Suzanne Hodges)
