DVD Picture:
Compared to the poor quality of the previously released DVD (reviewed in Issue 75), this new anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD exhibits a slightly cleaner picture, although still appearing dated in fidelity. The color palette is nicely saturated at times, although occasionally appearing downright washed out, faded, or hazy. Images are generally sharp, though finer details can be limited. Edge enhancement is not as problematic as on the previous disc, and pixelization is also generally minor. (Suzanne Hodges)
