Story Synopsis:
Doe-eyed Harlan (Norton), a seemingly soft-spoken South Dakota cowboy, and painfully out of place in the San Fernando Valley, has a change of luck when he meets rebellious, and very young, Tobe (Wood). Their whirlwind relationship takes a fast and intense course, and one that exposes Harlan to the seedier side Down In The Valley.
