    Story Synopsis:
    Born unto parents that were more in love with each other than with their affection-starved daughter, Emily (Sedgwick) promises herself to bring forth a child that is loved more so than any other. Now an adult, she sets off to become impregnated by a multitude of men, and in as many locations. However, the bliss of raising her beloved son, Paul (Kay), is soon dampened when he begins to show signs of independence and pulls away from the wondrous world she has created for him. Loverboy is based on the best-selling novel by Victoria Redel. (Jack Kelley)

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits a warm, rich color palette, with heavy chromatic stylization during flashback scenes. Details are slightly smeared, and edge enhancement is noticeable on high contrast transitions. Blacks are deep, and shadow delineation is acceptable. (Danny Richelieu)

    Widescreen Review is my favorite magazine because it is different from all the other A/V magazines. The ads are better, and it seems like all the others (that I subscribe to) have the same boring ads. You also have better product information in your equipment reviews. I love the DVD New Release section. It tells me how much I have to save up for DVD purchases. My favorite section is the Coming Soon To A Retailer Near You section. I have learned so much from this magazine I use information from it every day of my life. I am an A/V fanatic. (ask my wife). Anyway, I will subscribe to this mag forever. Thanks for such a great magazine
