DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.32:1 DVD shows good resolution, but the picture can look overly digital and edgy. Contrast and shadow delineation are well rendered, but black levels are not overly deep. Fleshtones have an orange hue, but colors are generally nicely saturated and well balanced. The occasional pixilation can make images look flat, and edge enhancement is noticeable from time to time, but the picture can be enjoyable. (Danny Richelieu)
