DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.40:1 DVD exhibits well-resolved details and vibrant, well-balanced hues. Some of the night scenes on the water can appear slightly hazy, although the blacks can be downright inky in other situations, which seems to have been a stylistic choice of the filmmakers. Pixelization is not much of a problem, edge enhancement is very minor, and source element artifacts are virtually non-existent. (Danny Richelieu)
