Story Synopsis:
Nine individual lives spin out of control as their fates become increasingly entwined in a vicious cycle of addiction and gambling. Even Money tragically details the darker side of gambling and addiction. (Stacey Pendry)
DVD Picture:
With somewhat milky black levels, the anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD looks flat and dimensionless in the darker scenes. Shadow delineation is good, though, with details in the darker scenes easy to see. Colors and contrast are well balanced, but day scenes can have a greenish hue that can make fleshtones look somewhat sickly. Resolution is good, leading to sharp fine details, but edge enhancement and some pixel breakup can be noticed at times. (Danny Richelieu)
