DVD Picture:
The non-anamorphic 2.30:1 DVD exhibits a plugged-up picture that lacks full saturation. Color fidelity is inconsistent, with some scenes stylized with gold tones, and other scenes unnaturally rendered and wanting in clarity. Images are generally sharp, but lack detail and definition. The picture often has a home video quality with overly contrasted images and poor shadow delineation. Aliasing problems and artifacts are apparent throughout. This is a poor example of DVD
