    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD has a soft appearance giving the picture a classic quality that enhances the setting of the film. Though soft and slightly hazy, images are solid throughout. Colors are rich and warm, with nicely balanced fleshtones and deep, undefined blacks. Shadow delineation and contrast are excellent.
