DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD is absolutely gorgeous, with images that are sharp and exquisitely detailed. Colors are very naturally rendered throughout. The only distraction from this gorgeous picture is the appearance of edge enhancement. Compared to the LaserDisc, the DVD is preferred for improved definition and color fidelity. (Suzanne Hodges)
