DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD is a bit dated, with some minor inconsistencies; but overall, the twenty-year-old movie can look quite pleasing. Images are generally sharp, but fine detail is wanting, with some scenes appearing a bit soft and undefined. While some scenes are revealing of excessive film grain, others are very solid. Artifacts are noticed on occasion.
