Story Synopsis:
At a Witchita, Kansas trade convention, The Big Kahuna is Dick Fuller, a potential high dollar customer who is eagerly anticipated in a not-too-hospitable hospitality suite hosted by three very different representatives from an industrial lubricants manufacturer. Making this particular sale is vital to the company
DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits good quality throughout, with images that are sharp and detailed. Colors are fairly rich with warm hues and good balance. Some minor pixelization is apparent throughout. Clothing causes a few distractions as Danny De Vito's pinstriped shirt creates some aliasing problems and, in the last scene, Kevin Spacey's long sleeved polo performs a strange shimmering number. The only other distraction is the appearance of artifacts. While the picture can be quite pleasing, it is merely so-so when recalling some of the spit-shined anamorphic titles on the market today.
