    Story Synopsis:
    When Bill Gambini (Macchio) and Stan Rothenstein (Whitfield) are mistakenly charged with murder while traveling through Alabama, Bill tells Stan that they can hire

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD can be a little soft and a little dark at times. With an '80s look, the picture is generally sharp and detailed. Colors are nicely balanced with warm hues and undefined blacks. Fleshtones can appear a bit brownish. Source element artifacts pop up throughout the picture.     Soundtrack:
    The Dolby(r) Digital 2.0 matrixed soundtrack is conventional movie stereo (surround sound music and mostly screen-oriented effects), and fidelity is somewhat dated. The multichannel element of the soundtrack is the music, which nicely fills the soundstage with a spacious presence, and has a solid low-end. Sound effects are mainly confined to the screen channels and are often mono with very subtle dimension. The dialogue is fairly good with voices that are adequately integrated with the visuals. This is film sound that is dated but nonetheless effectively serves its purpose.
