    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.85:1 DVD exhibits a pretty "harsh" picture. Colors exhibit some stylization, with some scenes appearing slightly over saturated, and other scenes soft, with blue overtones. Images are sharp with fine background definition, but the overall appearance is a little hard-edged. Other scenes with bolder colors seem a bit undefined. Some scenes exhibit distracting pixelization, and artifacts are apparent throughout. The bottom line on this DVD is that it sometimes looks really good, but other times it seems overly "digital."
