DVD Picture:
The 1.85:1 DVD is not anamorphically enhanced, but exhibits adequate image quality for the content of the film. Images are mostly soft and undefined, while some scenes exhibit decent sharpness. Colors can be richly, if not over saturated, and definition and clarity are wanting. Contrast is a bit low, and visual information is wanting in the darker scenes. Pixelization is occasionally noticed, as well as minor aliasing problems. Overall, the picture is unimpressive for a DVD. (Suzanne Hodges)
