    Story Synopsis:
    Jackie Chan is Steve, The Prisoner who is sentenced to Hong Kong

    DVD Picture:
    The 1.85:1 DVD is not anamorphically enhanced and exhibits images that are slightly soft and hazy, but detail should be acceptable at times. While the picture exhibits a slightly dark character, colors are generally well balanced, with fleshtones exhibiting slightly brown overtones. Contrast seems a bit low, as visual information is wanting in definition. There is minor pixelization noticed, as well as aliasing problems. The picture has a dated quality and is generally mediocre overall. (Suzanne Hodges)
