DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD exhibits a lovely picture with satisfying detail and clarity. Though some scenes exhibit an intentionally soft focus, much of the picture is sharp and crisp. Colors are rich and well balanced throughout. Fine details shimmer slightly on occasion. Though infrequent, pixelization gives the picture a digitally harsh appearance.
