    Story Synopsis:
    In Crocodile Dundee In Los Angeles, goofy Aussie Mick Dundee (Hogan) follows Sue (Kozlowski) to sunny California, where she is temporarily assigned to head the Los Angeles bureau of her father

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits a nicely rendered picture. Images are generally sharp and detailed, though finer details are at times limited. Colors are well balanced, with accurate fleshtones, rich hues and deep blacks. Contrast and shadow delineation appear naturally rendered. There is some pixelization and minor edge enhancement apparent, but overall the picture should generally please. (Suzanne Hodges)

    Soundtrack:
    The Dolby Digital 5.1-channel discrete soundtrack is somewhat underwhelming. The use of dimension is quite predictable and reserved, with a definite balance toward the screen. Surround envelopment and the sense of atmospheric spaciousness are significantly limited (with the exception of Chapter 13), and quite often scenes are dialogue dominant. Fidelity is remarkable, however, and there are notable moments with deep bass delivery, to below 25 Hz. Voices sound remarkably natural, with commendable spatial integration. Overall, this soundtrack, with its limited utilization of dimension, leaves something to be desired. (Perry Sun)
