    Story Synopsis:
    On July 25, 1993, The Keith Jarrett Trio performed in Tokyo, Japan, Live At Open Theater East before a generous crowd of jazz lovers braving what appears to be some unpredictable weather. Tickling the keys, Jarrett performs easy numbers including

    DVD Picture:
    The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture should surely please, with images that can be sharp and finely detailed, though wider shots of the trio appear somewhat smeared. Colors are rich and well balanced, with deep, endless blacks. Overall, the picture is quite solid and image quality should be satisfying for this performance. (Suzanne Hodges)
