DVD Picture:
The anamorphIcally enhanced 2.35:1 DVD picture exhibits slightly dated images that appear sharp and generally detailed. Colors are nicely balanced and occasionally rich, with accurate fleshtones, and deep blacks. Contrast seems a bit low at times, and visual information is limited in the darker scenes. Edge enhancement is occasionally apparent. There are few artifacts and little film grain for a picture that is quite solid. (Suzanne Hodges)
