Story Synopsis:

DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 1.78:1 DVD picture exhibits gorgeous imagery that is sharp and finely detailed. Details into facial hair and clothing textures are nicely presented, and background clarity and depth is excellent. Colors are natural and well balanced, with an easy-on-the-eyes quality. Fleshtones are accurately rendered and blacks are deep and solid. Unfortunately, edge enhancement distracts from what is otherwise a near pristine transfer. (Suzanne Hodges)
Soundtrack:
The DVD soundtrack is a shoot-em-up, spatially liberal audio production that is seemingly perfect for those who favor very aggressive dimensional engagement. Additionally, the general usage of dimension is remarkable, in and of itself, serving to consistently envelop the listener into a soundstage that can seem effectively expansive at times.
