DVD Picture:
The anamorphically enhanced 2.35:1 DVD, compared to the DVD reviewed in Issue 33, exhibits colors that are slightly more refined and natural. Sharpness and detail are similar, with many scenes appearing soft and hazy, while others are crisp and nicely detailed. There is edge enhancement apparent, but pixelization is infrequent. Though the picture appears slightly cleaner, the same source element artifacts and scratches are apparent on both versions. (Suzanne Hodges)
Soundtrack:
Like the previously reviewed DVD, this is one of the better remastered Dolby
