Clicking to the left on Disc two will bring you to a new 36-minute documentary with new interviews (Old Yeller: Remembering A Classic), a 15-minute interview segment with Tommy Kirk, and a Dogs! showcase of canines featured in Disney animated and live action movies. On the right side of the menu, you will find Lost Treasures: a 7-minute featurette on the Golden Oak Ranch, where Old Yeller (and many, many other movies and TV shows) was filmed. The Production Archive is chock full of galleries (art, stills, publishing, advertising, and documents like fan letter and screening invitations); biographies; screenplay comparisons; a Gipson family reunion and bittersweet memorial for Fred Gipson and Old Yeller; trailers and TV spots; and The Best Doggoned Dog In The World, a classic 52-minute tribute to dogs with narration and an intro by Walt Disney. Finally, the the Audio Archives jukebox offers radio spots; dialogue, effects, and music compositing for two scenes; a Foley demonstration; and a story album (which is essentially a still montage).
