The animation is fast moving with generally natural character movements. Contrast is excellent with solid black levels, revealing shadows and natural white levels. Resolution is excellent with fine textural detail exhibited throughout. This is a well-crafted animated feature hat is colorful and complex in production design. (Gary Reber)
The DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1-channel soundtrack is dynamic with extensive sound effects that heighten the action and violence, which are supported with deep bass. Foley sound effects accurately enhance the character movements. The orchestral/choral score is dynamic and spreads wide and deep within the soundstage, extending to the surrounds. Surround energy is enveloping and at times directional. The ADR English dialogue sounds forward and is wanting in spatial integration. This is an energetic action holosonic® soundtrack that delivers intense sound effects and gernerally good fidelity. (Gary Reber)
