    In Olympus Has Fallen, the White House (Secret Service Code: "Olympus") is captured by a terrorist mastermind and the President (Eckhart) is kidnapped. Disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning (Butler) finds himself trapped within the building. As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning's inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger crisis.     The 2.39:1 1080p AVC picture is a powerful depiction that exhibits a perfectly natural, well-saturated image quality. Colors are strong, with rich and vibrant hues. Fleshtones are naturally hued and accurately balanced. Contrast is excellent with deep, solid blacks and revealing shadow delineation. Resolution also is excellent, with fine detail evident throughout, especially during close-ups of facial features, hair, clothing, and object texture. Conrad Hall's cinematography is captivating. This is an extremely engaging visual experience that projects excitement throughout. (Gary Reber)

    The DTS-HD Master Audio™ 5.1-channel soundtrack is a superb holosonic® surround experience, with aggressively directionalized soundfield energy. Airplanes, helicopters, and bullets swirl in all directions, along with strong explosions supported with deep, powerful sub-25 Hz .1 LFE extension. Atmospherics and sound effects are absolutely realistic and are positioned effectively to create a realistic enveloping soundscape on a scene-by-scene basis. Trevor Morris' orchestral music score is intense and dynamic, with a wide and deep soundstage that aggressively extends to the surrounds. Dialogue is intelligible and well integrated spatially. This is an impressive sonic experience that is thoroughly engaging and realistic sounding. (Gary Reber)
